E·V·an’·ge·lism
ee·vee·anˈ·ge·lism /ē vē anˈjəˌlizəm/
noun
the spreading of the news about electric vehicles (EVs) by public speaking, mentoring others in EV-angelism, successful EV sales methodologies or by personal witness. zealous advocacy of the cause of electric vehicles. “I arrived in a state of charged EV-angelism”
I became an EV–angelist by accident, literally. An automobile accident, coupled with obscenely high gasoline prices, caused me to consider getting a plug-in vehicle. Immediately, I began EV-angelizing.
I started a blog, “My Electric Vehicle Journey,” where I shared the answers the many questions that I, as a potential buyer, could not find. I shared my passion for a new, better way of living. I eventually changed careers, becoming the first EV-angelist at the dealership, where I purchased my plug-in hybrid.
My passion has not waned, over the ensuing years. I have spoken at gatherings of the EV-curious, the environmentalists, those just wanting to save money, EV owner groups / gatherings and even at dealership sales meetings. These days, other like-minded people are joining The EVangelist team to further the mission, bringing additional skills and viewpoints. Together, we are growing stronger and more capable.
My goal is always the same: to spread knowledge, passion and to help others become EV-angelists, helping advance the evolution of transportation, into a new, greater era. If interested in having a speaker at your next gathering or a class in the methodology of successful electric vehicle sales and EV sales team management, I am always interested in helping.
Together, we can change the world for the better. Let us begin…
